Access Consciousness is an energy healing modality that offers pragmatic tools to change things in your life that you haven't been able to change until now. It provides you with ways to become totally aware and to begin to function as the conscious being you truly are.
Consciousness & Oneness includes everything and judges nothing. It's the ability to be present in your life in every moment without judgment of you or anyone else. It's the ability to receive everything, to judge nothing, and to allow the entire Universe to be what it is. If you have no judgment of anything, then you get to look at everything for what it is, not for what you want it to be, not for what it ought to be, but just for what it is. From this space you can transform and change all things and create everything you desire in life - greater than what you currently have and more than what you can imagine.
Access Bars is a treatment to help access and release unwanted and unnecessary thought patterns, belief systems and points of view that may be holding us back from achieving what we really want in this life. Having your "Bars run" can bring you more clarity and insight allowing you to access more of your love and joy. A typical Bars session lasts about an hour and involves the practitioner touching 32 meridian points on your head; this is to facilitate the release of implanted and built up emotional energy. Only the energies that no longer serve you can be released.
Access Body takes you a step further into awareness of your body. In an interview in May 2013, Gary Douglas spoke about the past, present and future of Access Consciousness.
"Access has been in a constant state of flux and change from the day it was created. The one thing that Access does all the time is it changes because the people who come, change it. Every single solitary person that comes to Access has something they know that nobody else does, that when it changes, it changes everything and everyone that comes after. So every time I do a class and every time I do a private session there is some new piece to the puzzle of this reality and how it's not working that is gifted to me. A door opens for all of us to be able to change. And one of the most magnificent parts about Access for me, personally, is knowing that nothing will ever stay the same and everything will always change. How does it get any better than that?"
I met Laurence a few years ago, on the internet. We have worked together in the Distant Intermodal Healing Circle. I learned to appreciate his ability to run energy. In October 2013 Laurence did a distant Bars session for me. It was marvelous. I felt very relaxed, issues that had been bothering me for sometime became lighter during the session; I gained clarity and insight into the importance of always speaking my highest truth.
